Dalton’s Atomic Theory

In 1803, John Dalton put forward an atomic hypothesis on the basis of results of various experiments and tests. On this hypothesis he deliberated on structure of matter, Fundamental Laws of Chemical Combinations, Physical and chemical changes. The results of many experiments and test proved the authenticity of the Atomic Hypothesis of Dalton and recognized it as a scientific theory.

Difference Between Metal and Non Metal

As we know that all the elements can be categorized into three parts as Metal, Non Metal and Metalloid. All those elements which are good conductor of electricity and heat and possess metallic lustre, ductility, plasticity, tensile strength, malleability and whose oxides are basic except Beryllium Oxide, Aluminium Oxide and Zinc Oxide.
